Mo, Bill, Scott and I met up for some flying today. Air was just okay. However, the flights were fun.

Mo did some test piloting of Scott's MiniPlane and wing. He took the inaugural flight to make sure that Scott's equipment checked out. The unit looked great up there and the test pilot returned two thumbs up.

Great video! It's really nice to see these. Thanks for taking the effort to put them togther. I know this stuff takes time, and I for one really appreciate it.

Yes,it was a nice flying day. Bill was up in the air first and then Tony and then me testing Scotts new PPG. It seems the conditions were rougher in the early morning when Bill and Tony flew. Things seemed to calm down when I got in the air, with a steady 4-6 mph wind.

I was quite impressed with Scott's new PPG I tested for him: the Miniplane. Some of the pluses include: Light-weight, lots of thrust, comfortable harness, minimal torque, clutch driven prop (worked well), ability to weight shift, and simple, functional design that includes some nice details like the large zippered pockets on the harness.

The only negative seems to be the bar on the cage right behind where your head is. I couldn't look straight up to see if the wing was ok. However, I understand this bar can be removed without comprimising any strength or safety.
