Located in Phoenix, Arizona, all Aerothrust PPG's are manufactured using an Aerospace grade 6061-T6 aluminum tube, welded with a Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) using an Argon + Helium gas mixture. The manufacturing process includes quality systems and standards that come from years of working with both ISO and QS9000 quality requirements. They have developed state-of-the-art manufacturing processes that includes PPAP, Failure Analysis, Control Plan & SPC in process documentation.
